How long does it take to make custom jewelry? Personalized and custom-made pieces require a crafting period of 5–7 business days before they are shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we begin the production process, especially for custom items, and changes may no longer be possible.
