Return & Refund Policy

At Maycustomjersey, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and straightforward return process to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging (including the jewelry box and any certificates of authenticity).

  • Customized Items: Please note that personalized or custom-made jewelry (e.g., engraved pieces) are not eligible for a full refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@maycustomjersey.com with your Order Number.

  2. Provide a brief reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the return shipping address: 16079 YARNELL ST #C8, SYLMAR, CA 91342

  4. Note: Returns sent back without a prior RMA will not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Payment Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our jewelry. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@maycustomjersey.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and offer a full refund or a free replacement.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original piece for a refund and place a new order on our website.
